What I can actually do.
AI-augmented builder. I architect, direct, and ship — Claude Code is my engineering partner. Everything here is in production. Real systems, real users, real commerce. 7+ years of operations thinking behind every decision.
Core Stack

Multi-model gateway config, routing, fallback chains, live reloads
Operating Principle
"I don't use AI as a search box. I design cognitive systems — agent identities, lens routing, autonomous work loops. The AI is the employee. I'm the architect."

Background & Thinking
Operations & Leadership
7+ years in high-volume operations and logistics. Execution under pressure, team coordination, load-bearing decisions made daily.
That background is in everything I build — I design for load, not for demos.
Cognitive Lenses
Shipped. Not planned.
Fulcrum Intelligence
LiveAI-powered news network. Expert journalism on AI, crypto, and markets. Markdown articles, static generation, editorial design.
Lineage Code Mini
LiveOpen-source lightweight cognitive architecture framework. Give any AI agent structured thinking, memory, and identity.
pablothethinker.com
LiveThis site. Three.js particle background, scroll-reveal animations, Warren HUD design system, full multi-page routing.
Mocha AI
Active24/7 AI operator. Claude Opus 4.6 brain + GPT-5.4 Codex muscle. Cognitive architecture, immune system, autonomous cron, DNA evolution.
How I Work
I see the system before I touch any part of it.
Every project starts with architecture — load-bearing walls first, decorative last. I don't write every line of code. I direct Claude Code as my engineering partner, define the structure, review what ships, and own the outcome. That's the model.
I move fast because I think before I move. 7 years of operations showed me that shortcuts in systems cost you later. I ship into production — because a plan that's not live doesn't exist.
