Seven years in high-volume operations taught me how systems actually fail. Not from lack of ideas — from missing structure. Bad foundations. Load-bearing decisions made without anyone realising they were load-bearing. I walked away with one conviction: understand the structure before you touch anything. The same rule applies whether you're scheduling a logistics yard or routing a 24/7 agent across six models.
So I build cognitive architecture — frameworks that compound across every frontier I touch. Lineage Engine is the architecture. Mocha is the architecture running, continuously, since January 2026 — production proof that AI systems can be engineered, not just prompted. Vektra Industries is the parent structure: AI, Software, Robotics, Communications, all pointed at the same problem.
